These are but a brief few of the many stand out players for the Fall River Marksmen from 1922-1931.

Bert Patenaude - 114 Games, Striker *112 Goals, US National Team Member & 1930 World Cup All-Star, First player in World Cup history to record a hattrick, Inducted into the US Soccer Hall of Fame.

Adriano “Billy” Gonsalves - 116 Games, Midfielder *69 Goals, US National Team Member, 1930 & 1934 World Cup participant, Inducted into the US Soccer Hall of Fame.

Harold Brittan - 168 Games, *Former product of Chelsea FC, Harold held the title of Player/Manager for 4 seasons & 7 years played in total. 135 goals for the club. Inducted into the US Soccer Hall of Fame.

William Fryer - 70 Games, LB/RB. *Cost a then record transfer fee of $1,500 in 1923. Fryer, was inducted into the US Soccer Hall of Fame.

Findlay Kerr - 1923-1927, GK. *118 games played for the Marksmen. Although born in Scotland, Kerr represented America and earned one cap with the USMNT vs. Canada on Nov. 6, 1926.

Bill McPherson - 331 Games, 53 Goals. *Club leader in matches played

Billy Harper - 79 Games, GK *Also played for Hibernian, Arsenal & Plymouth in U.K.

Johnny Reder - 61 Games, GK *Also member of Boston Red Sox

Robert McAuley - 103 games, LB *Standout defender for the Marksmen and a member of the Scottish National Team.

Alex McNab - 106 games, Winger/Forward *22 goals during his Marksmen career from 1928-30. McNab also earned two caps for Scottish National Team.
